ARTISAN PRODUCER OF SOURDOUGH BREADS

At the bakehouse we use organic stonegroung flours from independant mills, coupled together with long fermentation times to produce loaves with a texture and depth of flavour only found in naturaly leavened bread. All our breads are 100% natural and free from chemical enhancers and preservatives.
